Insurance Accepted

We accept all insurance plans except for DSHS (Apple) and Medicare/ Medicaid. We are preferred dental providers with Delta Dental.

Payment Plan

Payment not covered by your insurance is due in full at the time of service unless you have made special arrangements.

For your convenience the office accepts cash, checks, money orders, debit and credit card payment (All major credit cards accepted) The office will bill your dental insurance, however, any balance remaining after the insurance company has paid is your responsibility.

Third Party Financing Options

Care Credit, an outside financing option, is offered for those who would prefer an extended payment plan.
